| the bathroom pic. this is my real smile. ;) ha. 21 weeks! |
Two of our three baby showers are officially on the calendar and, like I was with the wedding, my heart is all melty and appreciative for all the great people we have in our lives. We are truly lucky.
Oh, we decided on a name. And it's perfect. :)
Size of baby: A banana. 10.5 inches, 12.7 ounces.
Total weight gain/loss: +3
Stretch marks? Nooooope.
Sleep: One Tylenol PM at night is really doing wonders.
Best moment this week: Tyler feeling his son kick for the first time. :)
Worst moment this week: Registering. Glad it's over. Ha.
Movement: Getting stronger and stronger.
Food cravings: Random things. Definitely getting a larger appetite.
Sex: Baby boy!
Labor Signs: Nope.
Belly Button in or out? Innie.
What I miss: Being able to walk upstairs without getting winded.
What I am looking forward to: Our next appointment on 10/10/11. Getting going on the nursery! Telling you all his name. :)
Weekly Wisdom: Mentally prepare to register for baby things. You don't want to be the pregnant girl who starts crying in an aisle full of strollers.
Milestones: Lots of baby kicks. My mother in law thinks we have a punter in there.Oh, and also, HE HAS A NAME! :)
Stay tuned for Monday's post... It's the NAME REVEAL!

Can't wait to see what you decided on for his name!
ReplyDeleteOh, and I LOVE your top! so cute! Russ and I are getting ready to go and start registering for our wedding and I'm already overwhelmed. I can't imagine what it would be like with baby things. Yikes!
First, that is the cutest belly picture ever :) Hope the little boy has your facial expressions! Hahaha!!
ReplyDeleteAlso.. you appt date? Not so much in 2010. We're currently in 2011. Just an FYI ;)
I'm so glad I'm not the only one who is getting winded after a flight of steps!! It was starting to make me feel really bad about myself.
I'm half excited and half terrified of registering. We've been doing lots of research though, and have made a couple of "practice" shopping trips just to get used to the whole idea.
You look so cute!
ReplyDeleteRegistering was overwhelming for us to. Kristian finally just started scanning everything and I had to go back in online and edit after I could read reviews and such.
We STILL don't have a solid baby name yet. Mainly b/c of my fear of commitment when it comes to the name :)
When we registered (wow it seems so long ago now!), I remember that I made it through strollers and car seats without a problem but started hysterically crying in the bath tub aisle. The bath tub is like the least stressful aisle ever and that's where I had my breakdown.
ReplyDeleteI'm not pregnant and I've never had a child but holy smokes! When I went to buy a gift for a baby shower a few weeks ago, I was shocked at the amount of similar items in the isle!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute top! You look so adorable! Pregnancy is totally working for you!!:)
ReplyDeleteYou look great!
ReplyDeleteWe had the same registering experience. I about lost my mind in the bottle aisle. Why are there 80 different options, and what makes them different? Overwheming to say the least. We came home from registering at Target and took a nap, it really took it's toll!
Hope you had a great weekend!
Many congrats, loved reading your story and look forward to following along!
