So on that note... I'm 16 weeks! Yay!
How far along? 16 weeks.
Size of baby: Avocado time. One of my favorite foods!
Total weight gain/loss: I'm still at my starting weight. Hopefully the gain will start this week.
Stretch marks? Nope.
Sleep: It's not good. It's hard for me to fall back to sleep after I wake up and I'm waking up at least three times a night to pee. Tell me it gets better. TELL ME.
Best moment this week: Starting to poke out a little belly. Gets me excited. :)
Food cravings: Nothing really. And honestly, most food doesn't sound good. Like meat? Blech. I'm eating smaller, more frequent meals because I get full so fast now but really... I'm surprised I'm not craving weird shit. Like doritos dipped in vanilla ice cream with a pickle.
Sex: T minus 3 weeks until we find out!
Labor Signs: No!
Belly Button in or out? In in in.
What I miss: SLEEP.
What I am looking forward to: Our next appointment. Buying things. Moving and starting the nursery.
Weekly Wisdom: All you have to do is tell one friend in each circle of work/friends that you don't prefer to have your belly touched and the word spreads. Take note.
Milestones: Movement? Or gas? I guess we'll find out soon enough.
I wish I could tell you the sleep thing gets better but I'm 21 weeks and for me it still sucks :( Hope it gets better for you. I also didn't really start to gain weight until around 18-19 weeks. I can't wait to hear what you're having!
ReplyDeleteI'm definitely coming over there and touching your belly soon. I'll tell everyone you like it.
ReplyDeleteI bet it was movement - I was so confused at first too, but the little butterfly feeling is baby!
ReplyDeletePS once the weight gain starts it's no joke (like multiple lbs per week sometimes), so be happy you haven't gained yet!!
Hope your sleep gets better!
I'm 20 weeks just now and with every day that passes I forget a little more English, I swear.
ReplyDeleteYou're going to start feeling little kicks in the next few weeks. It's the most amazing thing - and it'll keep you up at night and freak you out but it's AMAZING! Even better is when your man can feel it...
I'm loving this. :)
(I've put on 2lbs so far and that's been within the last month or so.)
To good sleep while pregnancy do some exercises before going to sleep. as well don't take any food before 2 hours to going to bed..
