I forgot I had this video. Have you ever heard of 'Small Dog Syndrome'? You know, where dogs smaller than most cats think they can take out the world with their bark. I'd say it's comparable to 'Compensation Syndrome' which is when a very small man with presumably very small "man parts" buys a big truck, lifts it and proceeds to act like he is badass when, in fact, he's a douchenozzle.
Anyway this is my wiener, Lucy, attempting to fight a battle she will never win.
Did you notice her tongue was hanging out? That's because she does this the ENTIRE time she's in the car and the wipers are going. She's insane.
That is so funny! I bet she was exhausted after a while of "chasing" the windshield wiper!
