Our Mini-moon

...only five months later.

As most of you know, we were gifted a week in Cozumel from my amazing aunt and uncle for a wedding gift. However, we will still have to pay about 2 grand (as opposed to about 5 grand) for airfare, all-inclusive fee, and any extra excursions we would want.  We decided to wait for two reasons 1. $$$ and 2. Mexico is straight scary right now. 

So, instead, we opted for a long weekend in Coronado/San Diego after the wedding. And I've finally put together some picture recaps. We had such a great time. 

Coronado is so amzing. We spent one day just walking around, peeking in little shops and scoping out yummy places to eat. 

We had so much awesome food. AWESOME FOOD. I probably gained 10 pounds. But it was oh so worth it. 

My favorite part of the whole trip was just sitting back and relaxing with my husband. :) One morning we had our own impromptu champagne brunch in the courtyard of our hotel and talked for hours... which I will remember forever.

We in to San Diego on the ferry and toured the USS Midway and even spent a day at Disneyland (my first time!!). 

All in all, it was an incredible trip that will hold us over until we can get to Mexico. :)
